Mauritius Tour Operators is pleased to propose some car rentals at very attractive rates and with the following conditions:
General Conditions :
Rquired age = minimum 21 years
As per the Mauritian law, each driver should compulsorily have an international license (accompanied by a medical certificate for those of 60 years and above).
- Driving License
Valid since one year minimum. Local or foreign license is accepted.
Minimum rental: 24 hours
For any extra hour, one full day rental will be charged.
- With supplement
Delivery or collection (airport or hotel)= Euro 10 per service
Baby seat = Euro 5 per day
- Franchise at delivery
A franchise of Euro 400 will be claimed by credit card prior to delivery of the vehicule. Please note that this amount will be refunded at the end of the rental should no accident or damage happens.
- Fuel
The car rental will be delivered with fuel and the same level should be there at collection otherwise the difference will be claimed.
- Driver Service (Car)
Euro 15 (8 hours service)
Euro 18 (sunday and public holidays – 8 hours service)
Euro 4 (each extra hour)
Euro 5 (each extra hours on sunday and public holidays)
Included in the package
- Unlimited mileage
- Driver and passengers’ insurance
- 24h24 service. In case of a breakdown or accident, another car will be supplied.
- Map of Mauritius including the interesting sites to be visited.
- VAT
Note:- An international driving license is required by the law though some suppliers don’t really require and this for legal purposes in case of accident or serious matters.
In case of an accident, the client should inform the nearest Police Station, for a case study, as well as the supplier.
